Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 118 lb - I am not giving up to reach my goal weight!! if you teens have trouble reisting craveings. Take a walk, or horse around.. That a poun.. Jump rope, running, jog, strecthcs. Eat less . Anyone over 300 pounds. I can help. I am trying to encourge you young women and young men.. Dont give up!! Fisber is a good way to burn calories!!! I believe you guys can do it. I used to lose movtion, not anymore since I came here Early Spring.. If there are qustions how I lost weight? I don't think types exist to buy in stores. Anymore.. That was about a few years a go.. I got rid a lot 3 years a go.. Workout DVDS are recmmand, stop being lazy and getting moving now, that bad for your health and well being... Check out the TV tickets!! They are a good tool for kids and teens who have TV .. Limt TV about 15 miuntes.. Try an excrise that you never done before. Once you get used to excrise you might want to try a difftern excrise. No point being lazy.. Sweat helps you lose weight.. Just do something usefull. How you Taylor?

Hey Jessica, in a previous post of yours you wrote you were going to put your current weight? How have you been doing with weigh ins?
