Ht. 5'7", Start: 160 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 135 lb - Hey! I want to lose weight because I've been the fat kid since 3rd grade. My friends mom is a modeling agent and said that I have a pretty face and I could model if I lost weight.Here is a guide to figure out how much you should weigh according to height:
start with 100lb for the first 5 ft and for every inch add 5lb so if you are 5'5 you'd want to be 125lb for example.
When you are hungry drink water because sometimes people mistake thirst for hunger and it will fill you up. My cousin was anorexic and she taught me a lot about weight loss. Even though she wasn't right to stop eating I learned a lot from her. I hope I can go back to school a new me this year!

135 pounds is wonderfull weight goal to go towards for a helathy weight for 5'7.
