Ht. 5'4", Start: 230.2 lb, Today: 174.5 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I have been at the same weight for a while now oh i have gained a like2 pounds i just cant get up to work out anymore at home and i dont go to the gym anymore because i cant get up in the morning to go, and i havent been eating right,
I want to loss enough weight to feel better about my self and actually leave my house once in a while.

does anyone have any help/idea's for me such a healthy food and workout?
I plan to go to the gym tomorrow im ready to get this show on the road LOL i want to get in drama and back in swimming!

My advice is a 1200 or 1300 calorie diet, pick up your gym habits and you can do it! :D
