Ht. 5'1", Start: 150 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 100 lb - Help me! I couldn't stop eating and now I barely eat. Here's what I eat:
BFAST nothing
LUNCH soft pretzel, milk
DINNER meat, maybe a vegetable
My body wont let me eat over 500 calories a day.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

EAT BREAKFAST!
Your have a way better chance of eating more during the day if you eat breakfast. It gets your matabilism going, it'll give you more energy, and its the MOST important meal of the day. Even if its an apple and a glass of orange juice.

Breakfast is one of the most important ones...it gives you energy to burn the calories you need to and it wakes you up so your not sluggish all day. You might be able to loose some weight if you jsut had an apple or oatmeal for breakfast. I'm sure that would make a great change :) good luck
