Ht. 5'1", Start: 150 lb, Today: 151.8 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 100 lb - Hello there. When I was in the second grade, we moved. In the third grade, I started to gain weight. I was 75 pounds. LAst year, I weight 131.6 pounds. Now I am in seventh grade and weigh 151.8.I need to lose weight before summer starts, and my clock is running out. Please keep posting on here to help me lose weight.

50 pounds before summer? r u crazy?
Listen the healthiest thing is 1-2 pounds a week. sometimes u may loose more. dont starve ur self!!!!!!! its just as bad. ur body keeps the fat to b warm, and gives up the muscle first. excersise at least 30 minutes a day. if it helps 15 min. in the morning, 15 min. at night. i recommend a dvd called fat burning workout for dummies. I lost 8 pounds in one month by doing the first 12 min. of it. remember eat healthy.
