Ht. 5'2", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Well hello everyone this is my first time on here. & also the start of my weight loss!(: (actually tomorrow is but whatever. d:) so I'm 175 and would like to be 140 in 4-6 months. So I need to lose 35lbs in that time. (it's possible right.?) I already eat good, it's juss that I eat to much, but I have been working on that! Also I have PE at skool and play the Wii fit plus everyday for 30mins. (well I have been for awhile but tomorrow it official!) I'm worried that I won't lose the weight. :( so I think I need to do some real exercises at home. So if anyone knows of some, tell me.(: oh yeah, I would like to lose weight from my arms, my stomach, my thighs, and especially my clalfs. (there huge! Lol) but I don't look that fat, in my opinion I look like a rectangle cause I have a lil bit of fat everywhere. Lol. Also I dnt think I'm fat cause really I'm just wide. If u see me from the side, I look good. See me from the front, and I look wide! xD Hmm, what else? Idk I forgot. :P but I do want a weight loss buddy. To help me with my weight loss. (my real friend wants to lose weight, but she ain't doin any real exercise so cant go to her) so if anyone wants to be juss ask.(: I would prefer someone like me. well you hav the right mindset.... now u just gotta stick to it. i reccomend some walking and runing and situps, squats,crunches, stuff like that will help to tone you up.... well good luck....
