Ht. 5'5", Start: 140 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 145 lb - Hi there. I've always been a little heavy. I am a girl wrestler, but all the people i wrestle with are guys, so i have to be really strong. Still, not all my extra weight is muscle. I would like to lose a little over twenty pounds. I don't look bad, I look good in bikini's and tight shirts and all, but I'd just feel better about myself - and would be able to be a more successful athlete if I lost some weight. Questions or Comments, I'm open!

well If you're muscular, you actually burn more calories than someone who is the same height and weight but has more fat. :) i calculated your bmr ( the calories you'd burn if you slept all day ) which is 1600! that kinda makes it easier! :) what you could do is eat less than 1600 calories a day. which would be 1400, therefore you'd burn 200 calories worth of fat.. 1400 calories a week. one pound of fat is 3500 so that works too. be warned though, when you become lighter, your metabolism slows down too so it's best to eat less when you lose weight x) good luck
