well everyone says that boxing is a great exercise because you move a lot and work out nearly every muscle soo why not join oxin classes or get a punching bag and look up a workout good 4 you?
hope this helped

I've got some tips I've learned in the past that I think might help:
1. Doing 200 sit ups a night really boosts the weight loss A LOT.
2. Eating multiple small meals a day really works (mostly protein/meat and vegetables)
3. Wearing very comfortable clothes during the day makes it easier for you to eat unhealthy food. So, try to wear some clothes that aren't TOO big.
4. The saying "take it one day at a time" doesn't work for weight loss. It's more like "take it each minute by each minute".
5. When you eat something unhealthy and you feel that guilt afterwards (where you curse yourself and whatever), hold on to that feeling so you dont forget.
6. Motivational clothes are a great reminder to eat healthy.
7. Try to exercise everyday. Even if it's just a couple sit ups or a four mile run, it helps and keeps you in the "zone".
8. Remember, eating healthy isn't a "diet". It's like a life style change. You'll be happier, just remember that.
9. Get a buddy with the same goals. It helps SO much.
10. Recognize the traps. When friends say "wanna go out to eat?" or when your parents go to the grocery store without you...
11. Wearing skinny clothes when you work out make you feel skinnier and more motivated.
I really hoped this helped :) I'm in the same boat but I'm on my way. Lol.
