Ht. 5'8", Start: 279 lb, Today: 279 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - i worked my ass off for a whole week expecting to lose weight i ate in moderation did 15-30 minuets of runing everyday on my treadmill and did over 130 sit ups everyday i weighed myself and im still the same weight i need some adivce ASAP im 279 and i wanna drop to 193 or 195 by next september please help

Unless you were very sedentary, 15 minutes of running isn't very much to lose weight. I'd aim for 30-60 minutes per day, and walking for some of that may help if you can't run for that long. Also, situps don't generally help with weight loss; they're more for building muscle. And since muscle weighs more than fat, there's a chance that any fat you're losing is being replaced. Don't look too much at the scale. Instead, consider how your clothes are fitting or if your stomach is smaller.
How is your diet? Have you been cutting out calories as well?
