Ht. 5'1", Start: 225 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 129 lb - ugh ok well my food choices today did not go to good today:/ i came home around noon today and there was nothing to eat so i ordered a mediam size pizza with a package of cheese sticks and ate EVERYTHING with two glasses of soda. and for dinner of couse hungry again, my mom bought chineese food and ate alot too. so much for eating better:/

just next time dont eat ppiza go to subway or somthing stay away from pizza and chines food /.. and dont eat bugerking or anything els like that.. stik with fruts vvegis and chicken and rice .. i loset 2 pounds in 3 days caus i aet rice a lot and chicken .. :) it helps trust me ....! <3
