Ht. 5'11.5", Start: 178 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 170 lb - well nothing really changed. i'm goin to weights and conditioning for bball for hs. thats really helping :). i see a difference and so does my family, but the weight is still the same :(. i understand that you gain muscle doing weights, but i still wanna see the scale go down. the past couple days, ive been eating more no the bad side but i grew more so i guess that's why? idk. but i really hope that i can be 150 around christmas time. good luck to u guys!! :)

It's good that you're seeing a difference! I think you can definitely reach your goal by Christmas. Good luck! :]
