Ht. 5'5", Start: 265 lb, Today: 262 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Day 5: Woke up at 7:00 went for a 5 mile walk drank a fruit pouch thingy that is all natural fruit blended, kinda like baby food, it had mango, banana, and orange. Havent eaten breakfast really i a going to eat oatmeal with walnuts, then drink some water, unsure about lunch, any ideas for a healthy lunch, i would be happy to take ideas.
