Ht. 5'8", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 145 lb - Ok so i need to lose weight i run 3 miles every other day and walk up and down hills everyday.......i try to eat healthy and its hard when your parents work...any ideas on what i can do to be at my goal in 4 weeks

drink only water and milk.nd drink tons of it.no soda. no fatty food like chips and cookies.eat lots a fruits and veggies and just eat portioned sizes.the food will still be there tomorrow!
