Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Now, to start it all off, I know that my goal is a lot, but it's the weight I am supposed to be at. But anywhoo, I need help !!! I dance everynight. I am a very active person. I just did a lot of swimming and walking this weekend. And then I danced tonight. But it's like no matter what I do, I can't get of the the 180's(which is the lowest I have ever been). I just need help. And I want to be healthy. You see my dream is to be an actress/singer thing. And I really want this dream to come true, but what I want even more, is to be 120 lbs. Please help !! If you help me, I'll return the favor ! Thanks so much ! Peace and Love, Samantha :)

This may help but i dont know so here goes. Taking the portion of food you usualy eat and cuting it in half. and cutting out soda just to start. Then cutting out most of your junk food eventuly. Except on occasions. i hope i helped.
