I make my own cake in a mug.. it's not extremely healthy, but it's cake and it's only about 150 cals!
In a mug, putting the dry ingredients in first, mix together:
3 tbsp self raising flour
3 tbsp splenda or other sweetner (not sugar!)
3 tbsp cocoa powder or low calorie hot chocolate powder (I prefer the hot chocolate powder, works just as well and is only about 30 cals)
1 egg
4 tbsp water
Just mix it all together until it's all chocolately gloop, then microwave for 2 1/2 - 3 mins, and ta-da!
It might take a couple of tries to get it right, but you get rather a lot of cake for your calories!
I also enjoy those wafer fan things you put on top of ice cream.. just by themselves! They're about 60 cals each, and usually just one is enough for me.
Good luck!
