Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 201 lb, Today: 199.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Hi guys. Yesterday I started my summer weight loss transformation.
I had some cereal with soy milk and raspberries for breakfast, two sausages for lunch, and some fish and stewed vegetables for dinner. I drank four very large glasses of water, skateboarded and got the mail, and worked for three hours, and I have a job where your always busy. Im gonna post what I do so you guys can give me some tips on here, and maybe make a weightloss friend or two. I want to be down to my goal weight by September 7, the day school starts. I have big makeover plans for this summer and need your help. Who else wants to walk into school next year and be a completely different person !

I just wanted to add that since you're very tall, don't stress yourself with a low weight, just a healthy weight. 125 is pretty thin for someone who's 5'10"!! Actually, according to the BMI calculator, that would make you under weight! Anywhere between 130 and 160 would be considered normal weight for you. 140 Would be very healthy, and would make you on the thin side of average.

Same! Especially since in my case, I start university in September, so it would be lovely to have a fresh start with new people and a new look :)

Thanks guys your so sweet ! I actually forgot to add I had a bowl of frozen yogurt yesterday, my bad ! Post on here everyday so we can keep in touch , and yeah I know its un realistic, but I'm gona try ridiculously hard !

Hey! Seems like your'e off to a great start! Congrats! And i'm sure you'll achieve your goals. The only thing i'm a little worried about is the time you've given yourself to achieve that goal. 75 pounds in 2 and a half months? that seems too quick to be a "healthy" weightloss. Just keep that in mind. Apparently, the goal weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Wish it was more =P We're all sick of waitingggg to shed the pounds! But hey, just have patience, keep it up and good luck! ~ Juliette
