Ht. 6'0", Start: 178 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 155 lb - I really wanna lose weight over the summer. Unfortuantly, i live in Arizona and its really hot. Ive already been to the pool alot to exercise somewhat. Today imma start running. What else can I do? I dont drink soda, maybe one cup a day or twice a week. dont eat anything super sugary. any tips or advice? let me know thankss

limit the carboydrates you eat... such as breads and pasta. Also, limit your dairy products, make sure you eat enough each day, but don't over do it. I've been to Arizona twice. And yea, since it's super hot, it's really hard to exercise, but at the same time, because it's so hot, you'll sweat more and it's easier to melt off the weight, if you really try. Good LUCK!
