Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - Current weight: 129.6 Okayyyyyy so I have been indulging in all the sweets and junks I could for the past week and I would either have gained a few pounds or fluctuated my weight to 130/131. I don't know why but my cravings are just getting worse by the day. My parents keep telling me that I have a iron defiency or a chemical imbalance and I need to start eating normal like steak and lots of orange juice ... etc etc. And thats exactly what I did tonight... a big steak with chips and a long cold almond breeze cup.. and I am satisfied! But still I wish I didn't have done that. :( Well now that I feel slightly better (not really... I'm just in denial lol) I will do a 10 day boot camp! Its going to be intense workouts for the next 10 days till June 1st and I'm hoping to be 125 pounds or 126 pounds. So at least a rough 3/4 pound lose and I will be happy. xD Just an update.

Judging by your bmi, your age, weight and height, you appear fit enough! So congratulations! And don't worry or push yourself too hard.And really do take care of the iron deficiency. That would explain exhaustion and cravings. Good Job on your health! Good luck :)
