Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - 133.8 pounds! Yaaaaah! So I am very close leaving my 130s =D But I was wondering if anyone knew any arm workouts because mines realllly need to get toned!! xD Thanks!

hey if you have comcast on demand do quick trouble zones by jillian michaels (or any jillian michaels video) they really help you tone up QUICKLY! good luck!! :)

Thanks catherine! xD I bought this resistance band with anchor, 3 pound weights, and a jump rope. Lets just hope this will "slim" down my arms and not bulk it up ahha. And thank you! I still have 13 more pounds by July 1st.... but hopefully I'll get there before then! =D

Congrats on your awesome weight loss! You rock! Push-ups are a big help to tone your arms. I know thats not what you wanna hear, but the best kind of workout is one that uses your own body as the weight or resistance. Congrats again!
