Ht. 5'4", Start: 233 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - so, i havn't exercised on tuesday or today (wedsday) and its makeing me feel bad, but i physically just don't feel like doing it...did any of you feel that way? maybe i need to tone it down for a few days and just take a walk for a while, im still eating great though, but i have a problem with that too...when i come home from school all i want to do is eat and eat, and i know thats not good for you. So idk what to do right now, sorry im kinda just rambleing on and one

What kind of exercise do you usually do? It has to be something you enjoy or else make it enjoyable. For example I listen to podcasts or radio on my ipod while I'm on the treadmill which makes the time just fly by. Or you could buy a fun exercise workout tape. Anyway don't stress yourself out too much. I know how it feels to not want to do exercise but I'm an exercise fanatic now lol! Just do what you can when you can and keep the healthy eating up
