Ht. 5'4", Start: 233 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - OH MY GOD. its been a week and last sunday i had my mom weigh me and i was 233 now im 225. I know its all water weight but 8 pounds!!! All the crap i put myself threw this week really did pay off! Wow i can't belive this. Dosn't it seem a little unhealthy tho? My mom has worked in the medical feild for about 27 years now and she said that i lost that much because it is water weight and the type of body i have im gonna loose weight faster and then slower...so i guess we just have to see untill next week :)

It's not unhealthy. I remember I lost 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks and then I started to lose the weight at a slower pace. About 1-2 pounds a week. :D So don't worry about it

i think if you work out and pushed yourself hard THAT WAS 8 POUNDS OF FAT lol!! people on the biggest loser lose that much and its a percentage of body fat lost...i think you did it great job!! = )
