Ht. 5'3", Start: 253 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - ughhh its almost week 2 and im not feeling really good about week 1...there are some good things and some bad things like the BAD things are.1)by the 3rd day i stopped writing down the things i ate 2)i'v been off track with my sleep so right afer school il go to sleep and not wake up until after 7 and il be really hungry ughh sooo il eat lol 3)i think i am really unfit cuz doing exercise is really hard for me and it takes me a long time to catch my breath....the GOOD things are 1)i ate a healthy breakfast of oatmeal every morning 2)i took my vitamins every morning and my face cleared up like crazy yay 3)i did attempt to do exercise when ever i could 4)i discovered i could fit a size 18 pants but i dont think i lost any weight = ( BUT im still happy = )...this week was mostly about eating right and i think i kinda did it.. week 2 is about exercising i think i can do it!!!!! comment please!!

Thank you courtney sooo much...i dont mind the lenght at all i just feel good that you actually commented and made me think differently!!!and yes i forgot all about that next is a 16!!!i think imma keep going

i know you can do it :] and yes, when you are overweight it is really hard to keep on going and going and going but if you push yourself, which i totally understand is hard to do, you will loose weight. If you can try speed walking a mile. Its not jogging its not running and its not just walking and it will get ur heart rate up which is what you want. About the sleeping when u get home, i understand were your comeing from because i get up at 5:55am (and thats without working out in the morning) then i have to leave the house at 6:30 which gives me only 35 mins to get ready and have breakfast i get to school at 7 and start school at 7:35...so yea it wears you out, but it seems that right as i get home i come in drop off my bookbag real quick use the bathroom and put one some shorts and go workout which keeps me awake and it also keeps me awake after i work out. And plus you need to eat, everyone knows that but the more later you eat in the night the more your gonna gain BUT that doesn't mean you can't eat something because if you are trueley hungry you need to. You don't have to write down everything you eat, i don't because if lets say i have a extra cheese stick then i have to write that down and it just makes me feel bad to know i ate that extra thing and that really makes me not wanna work out because it puts a message in my head like "whats the use anymore" so its okay if you don't write down what you eat. So on to the good stuff :D Thats totally great you ate oatmeal for breakfast! I wish i could everymorning but im not much of a oatmeal person. And you know don't be afriad to not eat oatmeal eveymorning maybe have 2 slices of wheat toast with peanut butter on it because thats really good for you or maybe a turkey sandwhich and a apple. Woohoo for takeing vitamins thats great for your body, keep it up :). Exercise when ever you can is the best thing for you and im proud of you for that. Last but not least size 18!! I fit into a 20 and i would kill for a 18! but just think soon you will be a 16 and then a 14. Just because u may of not lost any weight dosn't mean your not gonna loose inches so keep that in mind. Your right week 2 should be exercising as much as u can. And maybe if your up to it week 3 a combo of both. Sorry this was soo long but i really hope u got some info and good advice from it. You did great this week and you will do even better now, keep going :)
