Ht. 5'3", Start: 253 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - omg you guys eating healthy feels sooooooo good i cant even believe it the morning i had 1/3 bunch of grapes which equals 103 calories then i had some strawberry yoplait yogurt yumm which was 100 calories and a slice of fresh cut pineapple 40 calories which in all equal 243 which is great because every mean i need to eat no more than 300 cals day 2 might just be my day yay!!!

no no no sorry i meant to say no more than 300 calories a meal...i eat 2000 cals a day

whoaaaaaaa you need to eat more than 300 calories a day! Try eating 1500, that way you want starve and you will still lose weight. You may lose weight by eating 300 calories a day, but you will lose all muscle and no fat. And you will be in starvation mode so when you do eat more than 300 calories you will gain weight right away because your metabolism will be super slow. Trust me, don't eat 300 calories a day! It is so harmful to your body!
