Ht. 5'10.5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 160 lb - ughh i gained 5 lbs. i have been eating so much. im sick of this. we are gonna get weighed in school and i don't want to be above 180! i was 170 in the beginning of the year. i don't know what to do neways. i love exercising but never find time. and i try exercising in the morning but i always sleep in. how do i wake up and exercise in the morning becuz thats the only time of day i have time.

you just have to get on a schedule. you may have to force yourself to set alarms to get up so you dont sleep in the first few days, but soon it will come as second nature and youll be waking up on your own and will have plenty of time to work out. Just stay motivated. I know you can do it! your here thats the first step, now make the physical step and push yourself unntil you achieve what you want to achieve!!
