Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI: 35), Goal: 155 lb - GOAL 100 pounds by JAn 1st... i know i can do it!!! i also know that im 6 feel tall but my doc said 155 was healthy for me...so dont tell me its not becccause my doc okayed it and all. Anyways i dont have a scale at school so im doing this withoutone.... well until i go home and i can weigh myself there but wont be for about a month or so. Im going to eat a special K bar for breakfast, a turkey and cheese sandwhich for lucnh without any condaments...cause that kills me! and then for dinner im gonna have myself a chicken ceaser salad. im sure ill wanna switch it up a bit but im gonna stick to sandwhiches for lunch and a nice salad for dinner. :] Im excited and i cut out desserts and pop so hopefully ill see results with my body....and hopefully not weighing myself like every day or week will be good for me and when i weigh myself in a month ill be pleased...im also doing hour long work out tapes mon-friday...wish me luck guys!!! i know its alot of weight but its 11 months thats like 9 pounts a month...i know its very possible!!!

you can definitely do it. The beginning you'll lose weight the fastest, so if you go over 9 pounds the first month or two, that leaves a little wiggle room for weeks when you dont exactly do your best for whatever reason. Stay focused and you'll be at your goal in no time :)
