Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - okay, hey everyone.
So, I've been exercising, eating right and everything but I don't lose anymore weight?
I'm not fat, but I just hate the image I see in the mirror. I absoutly hate it! My mom is sick of me calling myself fat, actually everyone is. I mean I know I'm not fat but i just feel huge somedays. My momt tells me that since I've lost some weight my stomach is flat, which I don't think it is. My friends always tell me how I look so much better, but I don't! I just want to be beautiful. I want to be tall, skinny, and pretty. I'm sick of me! I do softball, I run, I walk, I eat right, and I do cheer. What else is there for me to do to lose weight? I'm sick of me!

It sounds like you've hit a plateau in your weight loss. What that means,is that your body has adapted to your exercise and meal plan, and is only maintaining your weight. There are numerous solutions as to how you can break through a plateau actually: the main one being CHANGING YOUR EXERCISE AND MEAL PLANS, or doing vigorous exercise for a bit each day. Also, add strength training to your everyday routine. It speeds up your metabolism, and makes the weight loss process much faster. And don't worry so much. I used to be exactly like you when I was 13, and I still am a bit, but you have to be a bit easier on yourself. Don't obsess about your weight so much. It's when you occupy your time with things other than weight loss when
you actually lose weight.

Seems to me you have some self esteem issues ,,
you're not fat so stop saying it . And if your so worried about
ppl giving you fake compliments stop calling yourself fat .
