Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 154.4 lb (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 125 lb - Hello.
So I'm at my all time low and it was NOT easy getting here! But over winter break when I got down from 168 back into the 150s it was rather easy. But now its getting tougher to get into the 140s!!!!! :( Even if I do cardio and some strength training I seem to only lose around two ounces. I don't know. Maybe I shouldn't let this effect me? Afterall I have till July to lose this weight. :)
One more question; Can anyone give me healthy food recipes or snacks. I'm going shopping for food sometime this week and would love any advices!!! So PLEASE DO SHARE!! My friend likes tuna mixed in some mayo with salad and swears she lost weight from doing this. Anyhow, please do share!!!!! :)

I bought the tuna, fresh salad, dressing (25 calories only!), banana peppers, veggies (boiled) and wrapped it with a small portion of tortilla roll (70 calories). THE BEST! I was just amazed at how delicious it tasted! Thanks!
