Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 155.8 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 125 lb - HEY!
So I'm down 2 pounds! :) Wow I swear I was on a plateau where I was stuck in the 160s for almost 2 months. But now I lost over 10 pounds! I'm so happy I'm at my lowest being 155.8 pounds :) I'm hoping to get down to 149 by February 14th as my VALENTINES CHALLENGE :)
So today I'm determined to start my cardio and strength training. I'm planning to do 1 hour on the treadmill. And tomorrow I'll start my strength training for about 20 minutes. I'm hoping to workout 4 days out of the week. :)
I saw two of my friends on campus today over a month (winter break). And they told me I look so much smaller than I did before and that really made me want to take this weight loss to the next level. I'm hoping I will get down 7 pounds before valentines. If I don't I'll still be glad I lost weight.
