Ht. 5'2", Start: 127 lb, Today: 127 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 105 lb - I can't do this, my parents won't let me. They think I'm a "perfect weight" but I'm not. I have wide feet and a fat nose. This just isn't possible for me. I should give up shouldn't I... :(

105 is a ridiculous goal and 127 is perfectly normal. if you want a realistic goal, try for 120 instead. you are beautiful!!

youre at a healthy weight but if you think losing a few pounds would make you feel better than go ahead. eat a healthy breakfast, and only eat some of your lunch (just the fruit and healthy stuff)(your parents wont be at school to watch you) and then have your regular dinner, just in a smaller portion. then you can do a few sit-ups and push-ups in your room and youll be able to lose a few pounds without the "permission" of your parents.

Well, I think you're a healthy weight for your height, so if you parents won't let you lose weight, they have their reasons. And losing weight wouldn't fix things like the shape of your features. I'm sure they're not that bad, but people tend to be their own worst critics. If you can't learn to love yourself as you are, maybe you should try talking to a professional about how you feel.
