Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 125 lb - i really need to get serious about my weight loss. i couldnt button my "fat jeans" my fat gut just hangs right over and when i touch my gut it jiggles for a good 3 seconds afterword. HELP. im going on vacation in march and want to be at least under 150. im tired of looking down at my stomach and being able to grab 2 handfulls of fat. any tips?

Hey Lauren, so if you keep with the way your going you'll only use 5 lbs at a time! You said that you wanted to get serious and so take these 5 tips! 1. Workout 6 out of 7 days in the week. 2. Eat healthy in and out of school no little snacks. 3. Count calories. 4. Keep a food journal. 5. Drink lots of water. Hope these helped!!!!

hey lauren! im exactly your size..well maybe a little different. im 17, 5'6" and 160 lbs. let me just tell you that im trying to lose weight too by spring break in march. anyways, stay strong!! you already lost 5 lbs, and the more you stick with it, the better will get. you need to lose about 10 lbs in 2 months, no big deal! i believe in you and i hope it goes well. my bible as far as weight loss goes is "The Diet for Teenagers ONLY" by Carrie Wiatt and Barbara Schroeder. check it out-they are geniuses! anyways, keep up the good work and youll be out of those fat jeans in no time!
