Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi, it's Zac. I've tried to lose weight but keep gaining. My friends aren't bothered about me being fat, even though most of them are thin. The call be blubber boy in a joking way, and always squeeze my flab. I want to lose weight by would be embarrest because after school we always go to McDonalds and see how much each of us can eat. They'd think I'm weird if I don't eat anything. After I usually eat about 4 chocolate bars and some other stuff. I have about 6 fat rolls and aren't too bothered that I'm fat, I'm just wondering if I should try to lose weight. When we go swimming my belly hangs over my trunks, but I'm not too bothered. My friends never want me to wear my top in P.E., and I quite like it when I see my flab giggling. Should I still try to lose weight? I love junk food, and feel really good when I stuff myself. Has anyone got any comments, or should I just carry on gaining? My family doesn't care really.

Hi ZAC you should try and lose WEIGHT!!! Before you get too HEAVY to WALK! I weigh 310 and it HURTS to walk more than one or two MINUTES! Getting too FAT is not FUNNY! FAT is HEAVY and you have to carry it everyWHERE even when you are TOO TIRED!

Hi, i'm 5'6", 212LB. I used to wiegh 235 and i thought i was happy. I didn't care of being made fun of, my family didn't really care how i looked, everyone liked me. But then i lost weight and i discovered i felt so much better. Don't be embarrased by not eating anything, or ordering a smaller portion. It shows you are taking control of your body and lifestyle. Even if you don't care what you weight...it is not good for your body. It's great though that you are comfortable with yourself.

Even if you are comfortable with your weight, you should still try to lose weight or lead a healthier lifestyle. Being overweight and eating McDonalds and junk food all the time is not good for your body. You could be shortening your lifespan by 20 years, not to mention all the heart problems. I think that you will feel much better if you start eating healthier and exercising because you will have more energy.
