Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - **BTW- does anyone know if it's true that you lose more weight in the winter time? my mom says it has something to do with the fact that its cold out...

you actually loose more weight in summer because is hot and if you exercise you will sweat a lot and burn the calories faster

Yes, it's because your body uses more energy to keep yourself warm. Good thing it's basically winter :)

Being cold does burn a FEW more calories than being warm, I believem but it's such a tiny amount, that it should really effect your weight loss all that much.
