Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Well im on my period. :( blahh.I hate it,but I usually lose 2-3 pounds when its over,so thats good.Well I want to do soccer this year,and I havent been conditioning,so im gonna start doing 200 situps and 2 miles a day.And I dont think thats too much,considering how much bigger I am and how much I need to catch up physically.Well Im gonna get on here everyday,even if yall dont,and write about how im doing with my two miles and 200 situps.Well bye,please comment(:

You lose weight on your period? Lucky. I'd start out slow for conditioning for soccer. You don't want to strain and overwork your body. Gradually lead up to 200 sit ups and 2 miles a day, and then continue to go on to more. But don't start out like that, it'll make it harder to lose weight. Does that make sense?
