Hi. I'm no expert, but i have lost quite a bit of weight and this is how: First i limited my self to small portions. I made sure i was never hungry. Eating almonds can help your hunger decrease, and chocolate milk or cocoa or even a small dab of that hershey's syrup can keep away the chocolate cravings. When faced with a choice of soda or water..water is a better choice. Reducing the amount of soda you drink can make a big difference. If you don't like excercise, a good choice might be at least 30min. walks every day. By following all of this i have lost 23 pounds. Hope this helps :)And Good Luck.
