Ht. 5'7", Start: 163 lb, Today: 161 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 140 lb - well, as for an update. i don't think i have lost anything weightwise, since i was in italy for the last two weeks enjoying my holidays, but i'm really motivated to get going. i'm starting drinking a lot of water again and having a lot of fiber. i decided to go vegetarian one and a half weeks ago and i've been eating A LOT healthier since. it really makes me feel better, about what i eat/don't eat and i have more energy than i used to. does that make any sense? haha... whatever. i can only suggest you try it for yourself. ;)

Good for you :) . I think it's great to be a vegetarian and everything but at such a young age you still need a bit of protein. Meat CAN be healthy for you but only in measured amounts.
