Ht. 5'0", Start: 260 lb, Today: 304 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - WHY is it SO hard to resist CRAVEings??? I'm SUFFERing with all this WEIGHT but I still HAVE to eat what I'm craveing! I weigh 200 pounds MORE than I should and that EXTRA 200 pounds is TOO HEAVY for me! It's so HARD to WALK and BREATHE with all this FAT and it keeps getting WORSE because I keep gaining WEIGHT! I try to TALK myself OUT of OVEReating but it DOESN'T work!

Hi. You got that right..it is had to resist cravings. It sucks being overwieght. I just thought maybe i could throw a couple tips to you, and maybe they might help :). When i'm eating i take enough to satisfy me, and if i get hungry later, some almonds do the trick on curving the appetite off. If i crave chocolate, i usually drink a small cup of hot cocoa, choc.milk, or a finger dab of hersheys chocolate syrup. Instead of drinking soda, i usualy TRY, (it's hard) i try to pick water instead. I lost 23 pounds by walking 30min. each day even though i did get out of breath. Now i don't.
