Ht. 5'4", Start: 281 lb, Today: 281 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 194 lb - Hey, guys! I've got a BIG one for you! Any tips on how to exercise instead of watch TV at home? Pretty much what I do at home after school is watch TV and eat. My mom is thinking about getting a family membership at our local Y, and at my school, there's a fitness center that people use after school. But I barely ever do those things! PLEASE HELP!

You can always combine exercise and TV. ;) If you have a treadmill or something, use that while watching TV. If not, there's plenty of things to do: walk in place, do situps/pushups, lift weights (free weights or full water bottles), work on flexibility... Anything that doesn't require moving beyond a room can be done in front of it!
