Ht. 6'1", Start: 560 lb, Today: 560 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 225 lb - i need help real bad any advice from any one

Wendy has some good advice.Try substituting junk foods for healthier foods.For example, you can fill up on salads and fruits and vegetables and thats really healthy.Also eating lots of healthy stuff instead of junk should slow down any weight gain.Just walking until your heart beat speeds up is good cardiovascular exercise.Try to do simple things like walking as much as possible.Yeah im over 400 myself, and i'm trying this stuff as well. I know it's hard all we can do is our best.

start with small changes- like drink more water. Try to walk around more. Also- try to start cutting out sugary, non-nutritious food. Soda and candy are all just empty calories. Good luck!
