Ht. 5'4", Start: 186 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - High school has been a real bummer for me in the weight category. I started high school at 130 pounds, and now I've started my junior year at 186 pounds. I'm having a big problem with snacking afterschool, because I have so much homework and it just satiates me. If anyone has any tips for snacking, it would be much appreciated.

It's perfectly OKAY to snack. You just need to snack right. I read somwhere that if you eat an apple before any meal you'll eat 15% less than you originally would. Apples are full of fiber and very very filling. I eat one every day after school and I drink a few glasses of water, and I'm full by dinner. Trust me - just snack right.

work out every morning before school, or right when you get home from school. I find that when I work out I don't want to "ruin" it with stuffing my face with food
