Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 239 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi, I'm back. Although my messages got deleted. That was so frustrating to me. I mean, where do I get some support for my weight loss, if not here? I was so angry and I just ate and ate, it was so bad. I've gained again and feel so fat! I'm really frustrated. Everybody is making fun of me, I don't know how to cope with it. It seems that eating is the only way I feel good. But I have to stop that! There must be other ways to feel good, even if people are nasty. What's working for you?

I get a number of comments about my body, so whenever I hear them, I head over to the gym or go for a long walk. It'll hopefully clear your mind, keep you away from food, and help you lose some weight. If that just sounds more stressful, then do one of your hobbies: do you like drawing, writing, surfing the web?
