Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 130 lb - hey you guys :) havent been here for a week or two.. i have a PRObLEM :'[ for the past 2 weeks and half i havent LOST 1 SINGLE POUND. i dont know why i'm not losing any weight.. im really getting tired of this plateau.. i wanted to go back to school 150 :( can someone please give me tips on what to do? on anonther note how is everyone else doing? ready for school? :) i know im not lol. 9 more days and off to my first year in college :( scary huh? i know lol.

HEY! :)
wow last night i so binged! :| and waking up to read this makes me so determined to get back on track and i really appreciate you witness my mini success :). well let me go through each question :)
1. how do you feel losing almost 30 pounds?
it feels amazing knowing that i tried for the past 3 years and i always lacked motivation and would just give up. for instance, two years agoi was 152 pounds and i went down to 138 pounds.. then i just gave up after losing 14 pounds. and you know what once you give up it'll take a heck a lot of motivation to get back on track so i decided to start june 1st my weight loss journey and i lost 22 pounds :) i started from 181-184. and it feels amazing knowing that i broke into my 150s :) and you know what. heck if i can do it.. so can you!! you just need to stay motivated :)
2. do you feel better about yourself?
yes and no lol. i feel great after a workout and seeing that i lost weight. however, i have one of those days where i say "school is in 9 days and still im not 130.. why havent i started january 09 when i promised myself i would. i wouldnt have to be in this position.. etc etc." but im learning to not feel that way anymore cuz the main point is .. hey im atleast doing something right now so i wont have to regret in the next 6 months again :) but yes i do feel good :)
3. do you want to go farther?
LOL! of course silly. i wanna get down to 130 .. you cant really see a huge difference right now.. but once im in my 130s, and 140s. ima blow everyone outta the water who told me "you have a pretty face however you are fat and will never out shine me". hehe. yeah i had sucky friends [ex friends that is] :) having people around you telling you should stop losing weight or you cant just kills your motivation :| so if you have friends like i did well they arent worth your time if they cant even support you through your hard times.. :)
4. do you look different.
yes i could see the difference, however, its not dramatic or anything.. but my family sees a huge difference i dont know what they see lol. then again its easier for outsiders to view in and see a difference as oppose to the actual person :) and i will post pictures once im 1250130 around february or march :) thats about 30 to 35 more pounds :)
5. does it get easier not eating bad foods or cheating with junk food?
yes it does.. however once in awhile i binge which is perfectly fine. like last night i had drumsticks and a slice of cake. and when i got on the scale today i was still the same weight.. thats why its important to not starve yourself and exercise 3x a day and eat healthy food. because then you can have your metob. on your side and dont have to worry about gaining a lot of weight... for instance my friend she fasted for 2 months on fruits and water. and she dropped 50 pounds she was 130 and she is 220 today. :| if she did it the healthy way and exercised and ate healthy she wouldnt be on that stage today :) so dont do anything radical :)
6. does exercise become easier?
YES. oh my god i use to hate exercising then i got use to it.. and when i look at my treadmill i run around 3 miles 3 times a week and some ab and upper body workouts.. so dont worry it'll be worth it :)

it can be hard as hell i know it can be coming from someone who was 138 and ballooned up to 181 pounds.. just never give up!! stay focus and have your eyes set on your ideal figure :) you'll be just fine :)

Hi! I have read all of your past post and i'm so~o happy for you!!! You made me want to lose those pounds too! How do you feel? losing almost 30 pounds? Do you feel better about yourself? Do you want to go farther? do you look different? do you feel different? Does it get easier not eating bad foods or cheating with junk food? Does exercise become easier to do?
And don't worry about the weight you haven't lost. Just try to change your routine do some new exercises. And try new healthy foods. Or just say doing what your doing but do it longer.
