Ht. 5'3", Start: 228 lb, Today: 238 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - OK so i thought i have been losing weight bc i can tell mecause not as much fat has bein hanging over my jeans buit no i gained 10 pounds what a freaking let down i dont know how i lost the flab over my jeans...anyone have an idea....i eat atleast 1900 calories a day...i do sit ups walk and do dance dance revolution to burn calories and excerise....so any one want to help...thanks and i dont have like exscersie equipment i use what i can....i'm always in the 230 thats how much i've weighed for like the past 2 years and i atleast want to get 200 by december if you have an advice please email me....cautionfedex@gmail.com

well maybe you gained muscle?
and maybe you can run too.
