Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 226 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - so i just got done working out...i ran 8 min...(1.08 miles) then elipicaled for 30 min and biked for 30 min...now i have to go work a nine hour shift...yesterday i got called off because of it being cold so i hope today isnt the same i cause i need the money (i work at a pool) anyways im gonna go fix myself a sandwhich to eat now...(its like 11 am) then ill fix one to take to work that ill eat at like 6pm and then ill prolly have one when i get home at 9am...lol i kno alot of sandwhiches lol...but theres so good...def my fav food that isnt loaded with calories...hope everyone is doing well...im seeing the weight fall off again...oh one more thing...so i read that abs sometimes give you the appearence of having more belling fat because the abbs will build under the fat...but i need to get rid of belly fat not give it the illusion i have more...any ideas besides eating right...cause i feel like i lose absolutly everywhere except for my tummy!!

usually, the stomach is the last place where you lose weight. towards the end, you'll see the weight fall off from there too. :-) good luck and keep up the good work!
