Ht. 5'3", Start: 178 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 110 lb - Okay, so, I've been skinny my entire life. Like, really skinny, up until around 9th grade I started gaining wait, because I was always stressed out and depressed, all the time. Since, then, and I'm going in 11th grade next year, it's been gradually getting worse. I was 120 in 9th, and now I'm 178. I blame myself, though, because really all I do is eat, and eat, and eat. And watch movies, and go on the internet. I used to be VERY active, but I've been so annoyed, and upset with how much weight I've gained, that I just don't feel like doing ANYTHING. Does anyone have any inspiration, and tips for me? I really want to lose, at least 40 pounds before school starts again, if that's even possible. So any ideas?

Go to your local library and get The Diet For Teenagers Only by Carrie Wiatt and Barbara Schroeder. I read it in three hours and I weigh about 185 and before I met my boyfriend of now a year and a half i was 160 pounds. I wish to get back to that goal and this book gives so many tips, guidelines of how to lose weight safely and effectively. Good Luck!

ive got a suggestion DRINK A SH*T load of water! and instead of eating bad stuff like cheetoes pizza ect.. try replacing it with a bowl full of grapes or a hand full or raisins! theirs a lot of healthy food out their u just got to look as for exersize just go for a walk up and down the block if you have a dog take it to! or if you have a tredmil walk or jog on it while ur watching t.v! it distracts you and you forget that ur even walkin or jogging sometimes ^_^ and welll their is a diet if you have monny for it and u can find a distributor that sells it and tells u how to use the product its called herbalife! ive been on it for about 6 days ant i lost 10 pounds the first 4!!! but thats because i did the diet right ok so i hope i helped good luck
