Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 160 lb - do u guys ever feel unmotivated to exercise?
if u do, how do u get urself out of the house and run or do some sort of exercise?

im always unmotivated to go work out...but once i get back on track i do it everyday...so one day just push urself to do it...then the next day and so on will get easier...and it will just become part of your daily life...and your body willknow its supposed to work out :D

The easiest way for me was to set up a schedule or specific time of day for exercise for a certain period of time. That way, once you get used to it, it feels odd not to exercise and are usually able to get it done. =) Try not think of exercise as a chore, but as a fun activity that will give you great results. Think about how awesome you will feel after completing it as well.
