Ht. 160 cm, Start: 50 kg, Today: 69 kg (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 54 kg - I'm new here...ok, here it is - since I moved to a new school I've been constantly depressed, I tell myself things such as "I'm too fat and ugly", "everybody are better than me" and etc. I never go anywhere with my friends because I am embarrassed, i always strat to think that nobody would like me because of my weight....The worst thing is that I don't even want to go out, including going out to do exercise! I'm just too ashamed......Stupid isn't it...Have you ever felt like that?  (Note: 160 cm, 69 kg is 5'3", 152 lb.)

omggg. i felt that same way too. but i don't bring myself down. I bet ur really pretty and your friends tell you that all the time but u don't listen because you constantly tell yourself otherwise!! yes it is stupid!! FIRST of all who cares what other people think of you do they really matter? And about the school thing i feel the same way but its not school its family members. Im the BIG one. Whatever im still pretty(: anyways losing weight is really not an easy thing. We all try on that ONE day to lose some calories anddo something productive but the next day you don't feel like doing it!! just push yourself and have MORE self confindence in yourself becuase if you think your pretty so well everyone esle.!! good luckk[:

oh yeah loads of times but u know what i do i say F**K it and i go out and enjoy my youth while i still can! but listen you have got to understand i bet that u have heard this a lot! of times that in order for some one to love you u have to love yourself first! so learn how to do that and stop looking in the mirror and picking at the things in your body that you think are ugly i kno that u do that because i use to do it a lot to! so if you look in the mirror just call urself beAutiful and smile ^_^ and u will feel better about urself
