Ht. 5'0", Start: 143 lb, Today: 142 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - Hi Everyone! I was wondering If anyone had any tips on losing 15, yes 15 pounds in 2 weeks? I know that maybe it is too much but I'm supposed to go to cali on and well i wanna lose some weight. I stay home all day, but i do have a wii fit so i can work out. has anyone lost 12-15 pound in 2 weeks? ADVICE please?

yeah that can be true but the weight that im losing isint only fat about more than half of it is excuse my language S*it and retained water! becauser did you know that you can have up to 70 pounds of that in your stomach caused from not going to the bathroom regularly thats why movie starts and ritch people go get their intestines cleaned about every month or every other month

@zayra- yes, people lose a different rates, but on NO level is it healthy to lose 10 pounds in four days, ask any doctor, you shouldn't be losing more than 2 or 3 pounds a WEEK. Even if you feel great now, you could be causing serious unseen damage, not to mention, losing so much so fast makes it virtually impossible to keep off, you'll most likely gain back what you lost and more once you stop the diet, so it most likely won't work out unless you intend to stay on that diet for the rest of your life.

its not impossible i mean every body is different some lose faster than others and some lose more in a short a mmount of time! and well yes it can be unhealthy to lose so much at once but i've been doing it and eating healthy and i feel fine better than fine i feeel grate!

@Jennifer- A pound of fat is 3500 calories, and running only burns about 700 calories an hour, so she CAN'T be losing 3 pounds a day, that is completely and utterly impossible, bottom-line. On average a person should only lose two to four pounds a WEEK to still be doing it healthily, not to mention it's just plain impossible to lose that much in a day, really. =/

Like Taylor said, losing 12-15 pounds in 2 weeks is very unhealthy. If you drop that much weight in so little time you will probably gain it back very quickly

hey um i think you sould lose that much because my mom she ussally works out on the tredmill in hour to thirty min. a day and diets .so ussally she loses 3 pounds a day.[BUT YOU HAVE TO DIET]

@DD- I mean, even Green Tea isn't gonna help you drop 15 pounds in such a short amount of time, it's healthy stuff, but if it did losing that much that fast would still be unhealthy. But I don't see the need for backhanded comment referring to me, which was honestly very rude, when I haven't said anything rude to anyone at all...

You could try the 30 day shred. Or, green tea which is a HEALTHY (yes, HEALTHY, Taylor) way to los additional weight. Or, look up Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism which is a workout DVD that can help you lose 5 pounds in a week. Try it! Good luck!

Any diet where you lose ten pounds in four days CANNOT be safe, so honestly, I wouldn't try it. And slimfast is really no good for losing weight either. Healthy diet and exercise is the healthiest and you cannot go wrong with that, as other diets and fad diets and quick fixes can make you really sick or even kill you...

umm well you can try herbalife i lost 10 pounds in 4 days on that diet im still on it to or slim fast even though ive never tried it but they say it works!! hope i helped a bit! good luck

Yes, 15 pounds in two weeks is unhealthy, to be honest. You should've started thinking about this a long time ago, because one, it'll be difficult, and two, losing that much that fast there's a chance it could make you sick. Plus, wii fit, isn't a great work out anyway. It's a good alternative to just sitting on the couch, but it burns so little calories that it's not good enough to use as your MAIN workout if you're really serious about losing weight. Sorry, but I honestly don't think it's a good idea to lose that much that fast and I don't think it's a good idea to rely on the wii fit to be your only work out. It's actually quite beneficial to not hole yourself up in your house all day everyday, so you could go for a walk or something.
