Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - i just wanna be outta the two hundreds and i would beee sooo happy withmyself
anyyways i went to the gym when i woke up and ran 8 min...walked 8 min...ran 4 min...walked 4 min...ran 2 min...walked 2 min--total running distance 1.75 miles and walking distance about 1 mile...then i came home and was outsideby thepool...and i swear ive drinking like 4 gallons of water today cause it is hella hot...and then i went on a 3 mile walk with my madre...sweated sooo much cause its 101 here!!! i kno ridiculous and thats where the 4 gallons of water estimate really added up lol....well wish me luck for my weigh in tomorrow hopefully its gone down :D

okkkay and to finish up my day...i had a dinner that is amazingly good ...its like only 200 calories but its ubeer good and youll love it should def try sometime...take a piece of bread and put a slicce of tomato on it...then put a slice of cheese on top of that...place a piece of foil in the over...and then the bread..tomato...cheese on top of that and turn it on to broiler...just let the cheese melt...i like to get it a little burnt...and eat it...i put a little of light mayo on to really give it flavor...sooo good and actually really really fillling!!! sooo youll should def give it a try if u like the ingrediants...
