Ht. 5'1", Start: 196 lb, Today: 188 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 145 lb - Hi everyone! Just wanted to post because I feel AMAZING!! It's incredible how much losing 8 (very unwanted) pounds can make you feel about yourself. I don't feel my jeans cutting in NEARLY as much as I did, haha.
I was talking to my fiance last night, just to get his opinion on if I was eating the right amounts of all 3 meals and if I was putting healthy food on my plate and all that good stuff. So yeah, he said that most of it sounded good - he did recommend a few tweaks in order for me to get as many nutrients as I can in my system throughout the day. And actually, he told me he'd talk to his friend, who's a professional health trainer, and get him to draw up an eating/exercise plan for me! I'm so excited, and this way, I'll know what types of exercise/food is best for my body =D.

Thanks to both of you. Yeah, he's a real sweetheart - I'm a lucky girl =). Nikki, that's awesome about the 8.5 pounds. And I'm sure you'll be seeing results soon if you haven't already. I'll definitely let everyone on here know if I get any tips from Chris' friend!

that's great! I;'ve lost 8.5 lbs so far, but not too much difference in my clothes, unfortunately. I think it's because I weigh more- BUT I know if I keep it up, by lb 30, I've got to be at least one size down! Keep it up, and let us know if you get any interesting tips!

That's great! Aww, your fiance helps you, how sweet. My boyfriend is not much help to me lol he's always eating junk food! But he doesn't gain a pound. We went shooting hoops the other day though (I suck at basketball, I made like 2 shots) and that's good that he's going to talk to his friend for you, I'm jealous! =P
