Any tips to help prevent binging?

Reply from Melissa, Age 15 - 06/09/09 - IP#: 70.57.89.xxx these last couple days have been the start of my diet/healthy eating and believe me i've felt like binging multiple times, in fact i've certainly helped myself to a handle of chocoalte chips or a couple of oreos, but i found the key: water. If you just drink tons and tons of water you won't be hungry, but you will spend lots of time in the bathroom. Here, divide your weight in half and that's how many ounces of water you SHOULD be drinking, I never thought I had to drink as much water as I do, but trust me, water prevents binging. Good luck!
